At Luminous Revelations, we aim to provide an enjoyable interaction between our company and clients. 

General rules: 

These terms and conditions and any future modifications apply whenever our platforms and services are used. By accessing our platforms and services, you agree to these terms of services. 

Please use the the Website and our Social media platforms only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service.

Please note the following:

  • Please go through our policies to be aware of and understand the terms of our services
  • Please provide accurate information at all times
  • For customised products, please provide accurate details such as the ‘text’ to print on a product and receipt name to avoid errors on your orders
  • Should there be a need to change an order as a result of the purchase giving us incorrect information, the client may be required to cover the additional costs incurred
  • Prices are subject to change
  • The prices include VAT but delivery costs are added at checkout 
  • Discount on products will reflect when you view the product however, order discounts will only reflect at checkout when the order is completed
  • The actual product may be slightly different from the pictures due to device difference (camera features and viewing devices) however the product design will be as it appears.

  • Returns and exchanges need to be sent within 5 working days with an image and receipt/proof of payment
  • We do not issue refunds or exchanges on personalised and delicate products
  • Please keep an eye on the expiry dates of discount codes and gift vouchers
  • For customised art, you are not able to purchase through the website. You will need to contact us to arrange for a free consultation and get/provide the necessary information 

 

Prohibited Activities

  • Using our platforms to copy any of our material
  • Modifying and/or reproducing any of the designs on our platforms or owned by Luminous Revelations SA including text, images, videos, designs and information 
  • Knowingly providing false information with fraudulent intentions 
  • Trying to get unauthorised access or cause damage to our data or platforms 
  • Cyber bullying on any of our social media platforms 
  • Impersonating or attempting to impersonate the company, a company employee, another user, or other person or entity including but not limited to using email addresses associated with any of the mentioned entities.

 

Ownership and Copyright 

Any contents of Luminous Revelations SA including but not limited to branding, text, images, product designs, product images, video clips, platform designs, company name, logos, trade and service names, data, information, product names which are displayed on our website, social media and in any communication/ interaction with us is protected by law. All these contents are the property of Luminous Revelations SA and should not be copied, modified or reproduced in any way. 

Deliveries

  • Our products take 3 to 10 working days to deliver.
  • We have a standard shipping option of R100 door to door anywhere within South Africa.
  •  Delivery is between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. However days are not the same therefore delivery times can not be fully guaranteed. 
  • If your delivery address is located in an area that is not easy to access, the deliver might take longer than expected
  • If delivery fails due to incorrect information provided by the customer, the deliver will take longer than expected 
  • Please ensure that you provide correct delivery details (contact information and address) 
  • The delivery fee is added at checkout. A shipping discount may be available at some times for orders on specific products or  above a specific threshold.
  • For the safety of your products, the deliveries have to be handed over to you, they cannot be left at your door. We will however attempt to leave the deliver with security or reception only if we get the instruction/consent from you. 
  • Drivers are only able to wait for the recipient for limited amount of time. 

We will process your contact information and addresses to be able to get your products to you. We will share these details with the delivery service provider we appoint. We will ensure that the service provider treats your information as confidential in line with our privacy policy.


Payments

At checkout, the available payment method will be displayed and after selecting the method you prefer, you will be redirected to the payment site. 

Your payments will be made through a secure site with an encrypted process that does not store your banking details to ensure that your information is secure. We will never ask you to provide any of your sensitive banking details such as a bank PIN number. If you receive a communication in our company’s name with such a request, please do not send your details and alert us immediately.


Social Media 

We reserve the right to remove any comments that misrepresented our company, give false information, is harmful to other users and not aligned with our brand from any social media posts that are related to Luminous Revelations (comments on our posts and on sponsored adds).


Emails 


Should you subscribe to our emails, we will send you communication with updates on our products, services and platforms. We will also interact with you in relation to your activities on our platforms. You can choose to unsubscribe from our email list if you wish to no longer be contacted in these ways. 

When you communicate with us via email, we will respond as soon as possible to resolve your issues and answer your questions.

Exchange and Refund Policy 

We do not issue refunds. You can request a return which if accepted can be exchanged for another variant of the same product or for a gift voucher/ discount code to purchase a different product from our store.
