Refund policy

At Luminous Revelations, we process your order with care and attention to detail. We will notify you in time should there be any required changes to your order to avoid inconveniences.

 

Timeline

We have a 5-working day return policy, which means you have 5 working days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange.

 

Eligibility 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please send us a picture of the product/s as received and the receipt or proof of purchase for processing of the return. You can contact us by email or messaging. 

 

Process

After the product is inspected, if your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchange / Refund Options 

When a return is accepted, you can choose to select a different variant of the same product to be resent to you or to receive credit on your user account in the form of a gift voucher/discount code to purchase another product from our store. Please note we do not issue refunds

Damages / Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please note, the actual product might look slightly different compared to the pictures due to device difference (camera features and viewing devices) however the product design will be as it appears.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift vouchers.
